Two weeks ago, the theme for the 52 Week Project was opposites. I wasn’t planning on taking a break from the project but you know, life happens. I was also kinda stuck because I couldn’t think of a specific idea. One thing that was on my mind was Sia’s Elastic Heart music video (which is so awesome by the way). I was reading interpretations and watching interviews about it and what I took from it is having two sides of you that are constantly at war. One represents hope and the will to keep going and fighting, and one that wants to give up more than anything. So that’s what I based the image on.

I was also going to post a speed-edit video for this, but the screen recordings were on a hard drive that crashed after I was done with the image. Sucks, but I made an editing process video!
